The Clarence Set Menu for three
This menu is designed for three people to share.
It includes starters to share –
Roast new season’s onions, harissa and herb tahini
Asparagus and chopped egg dressing
Poached trout, pickled cucumber, fennel and horseradish salad
The main course is a lamb shoulder to share along with a gratin dauphinois.
The dessert is tiramisu
